While the villa retains its authentic Italian style and character, it is equipped with modern comforts and furnished to a high standard. Outside, two terraces surrounded by olive trees provide stunning views of the Litoranea plain and the Bay of Salerno. The outdoor space features a built-in BBQ and a traditional wood-fired pizza oven, perfect for enjoying meals al fresco. A portico wraps around the front and side to offer shade from the Italian sun, and a newly built pergola sits by the pool. Parking is available for up to three cars, and both terraces are fully lit for nighttime use, including pool lighting, so you can enjoy the outdoor spaces well into the evening.

We inherited paternal land and a derelict house and rebuilt the existing property from scratch, incorporating some of the original features. The renovation was completed in 2014. We love the southern Italian philosophy of life, characterized by a very slow pace, a great passion for good food, a focus on family, a love of people, and a positive outlook on everything.
Nestled in a hillside location in the Campanian hills, this property offers a unique blend of remote tranquillity while still being within easy reach of local amenities. Most of the drive up to the villa is along a well-maintained tarmac road, leading you through picturesque landscapes. The last few hundred yards take you along a gently rising farm track, adding to the sense of adventure. This truly is a unique property that will capture your heart and make you fall in love with it.

The swimming pool measures 12 by 5 meters and is located on the lower terrace. It is gated off for safety and surrounded by sun loungers, inflatables, and a newly built pergola with a seating area.

Payment can be made in either GBP or Euros, with Euro payments calculated at the current exchange rate. A £250 deposit is required upon booking, and the remaining balance is due one month before your reservation date.
